If an Oracle logical/physical device view is not working, check the following:
Ensure that a SRM File System Agent is installed on the same computer as
the Oracle Database.
Ensure that Data collection by the appropriate file system SRM Agent is
scheduled to occur before data collection by the SRM Oracle Agent.
Ensure that the hostname for the Oracle Database is the same as the SRM
File System Agent's client name.
For Oracle Databases residing on AIX 5.2 platforms, the logical/physical
device view is only available for AIX 5.2 with maintenance level 5, assuming
that the SRM UNIX File System Agent is installed on the same computer as
the Oracle Database. For a list of supported platforms, see

Oracle Agent.
The logical/physical mapping of Oracle databases on UNIX raw volumes or
with ASM (Automatic Storage Management) will be reported only by Windows and
Red Hat Linux.
